Yes, that
cracked me up. We have decided to build our own house. More
importantly, we've decided to annoy you with every detail of
this endeavor. This is the site where we'll bore your to
tears about it. From getting the land to breaking ground to
moving in...who knows how long it will take? Hope you enjoy
the features we've added to the page. Here is a breakdown of
what you'll see on each one:
PS: We still need to get
land. We're looking in areas around Los Angeles.
If you know of anyone with land in Los Angeles that wants to
sell it, have them email us. Here are list of things we
want.

Site must be at least 7000sf.
-
NO sites on the
Westside.
We'll go as far north as North Hollywood/Glendale, as far east as
Pasadena/Alhambra
and as far south and west as my neighborhood

We'll do the hills, but the
site must already have it's soils done and permits on file
with the city within the last 2 years.

We prefer not to live on a
busy street
-
Upslope lots
are okay, especially if they have a view
