From what I understand plumbing and electrical are two of the most detailed professions.  We've been told that in building a house, having the rest of your team consult these two professions will make everything easier for all to do their jobs. 

We need a plumber that can work in our eco-friendly house and gets along well with other team members.  We need someone who is exacting and knows what they need before they get there.  We're looking for someone who can speak to us in layman's terms so we fully understand what is going on.  If these requirements seem weird, it's because I can't find anyone willing to recommend their plumber to us.  Some of the local building supply stores won't even recommend plumbers to us.  That's how bad it is.  If you feel you have these qualifications, please contact us.  I'm sure there is a great plumber somewhere in Southern California.

We also need an electrician.  This isn't just a "simple" house wiring, we need our house to wired "smart" and also for future uses.  We need our computers networked to our house, so we can run system checks from our Pocket PC.  This is what we're looking for in an electrician.  If you have a team that can do this, by all means contact us.  We would rather have an electrical foreman that can handle all of this reliably, than have to hire different people for this job.
